Clinical expertise
Specialist treatment, second opinions and complex oncology care.
Clinical oncology combines radiotherapy and systemic anti-cancer treatment. Consultations can review established standards, newer treatment approaches, biomarker results and how these fit together for an individual patient.
Urological cancers
Specialist expertise in prostate, bladder, upper tract urothelial cancers and renal cell carcinoma, including radiotherapy, systemic therapy, genomic biomarker interpretation and multimodality treatment planning.
Upper GI & hepatobiliary
Experience in oesophageal, gastric, pancreatic, liver and biliary tract cancers, including integration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and radiotherapy in curative and palliative settings.
Complex radiotherapy
Private oncology input can include review and oversight of modern radiotherapy pathways, including SABR, image-guided treatment approaches and the integration of radiotherapy within broader multidisciplinary cancer care.
Systemic therapy & genomics
As well as second opinions, care can include oversight of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy, with genomic testing and biomarkers considered where they influence treatment selection or eligibility.
Second opinions & review
A second opinion can help when there is uncertainty between treatment options, when the plan is complex, when side-effects raise new questions, or when you want more time to understand the evidence and your options.

An initial enquiry only needs a brief outline. Detailed records can be shared later through an appropriate secure route.
